1. Who sells

2. What is sold

The Qube: a plastic cube with an NFC chip, sold as a one-off purchase. The
Qube app for iPhone comes with the cube and is not sold separately.

Dimensions and box contents are on the product page. Photos are as faithful as
we can make them, without being a contractual commitment on a shade of colour.

3. Price

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Delivery is added on top and shown
before you confirm. We can change prices at any time; the price that applies is
the one displayed when you order.

4. Ordering

Your order is firm once you have confirmed payment. We send a confirmation by
email. We can decline an order in case of an open payment dispute, an obviously
abnormal order, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is taken online when you order, through the methods offered at checkout.
Payment details never pass through our servers: they go straight to the payment
provider.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Europe. The indicative time is 7 working days from dispatch.
The legal maximum is 30 days from the order; past that you can cancel and be
refunded.

Risk passes to you when the parcel is handed over.

If the parcel arrives damaged, refuse it or note reservations with the carrier,
then write to us within 3 days.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, with no reason needed.

To use it, write to help@joinqube.com before the 14 days are up, or use the
model form at the end of this page.

Then send the Qube back within 14 days of that notice, in a condition that
allows resale. Return postage is yours to pay.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, or of proof that you sent it
if that reaches us first. The refund covers the product and the standard
outbound delivery.

8. Warranties

The Qube carries the legal warranty of conformity (French Consumer Code,
articles L. 217-3 and following) for 2 years from delivery, and the **warranty
against hidden defects** (Civil Code, articles 1641 and following).

For those two years you don’t have to prove the fault: it is on us to prove it
wasn’t there. You choose between repair and replacement, and you can get a
refund if neither is possible.

Using these warranties costs nothing.

9. The app

The Qube app comes with the cube, at no extra cost. You download it from the App
Store and open it with the email address on your order.

It needs iOS Screen Time permission to work. Without it, it cannot lock anything
and it tells you so.

We can change it, fix it and alter what it does. We commit to keeping it working
while the Qube is on sale, and for at least [DURATION] after the last one is
sold. If we ever had to stop, we would tell you by email at least 3 months
ahead.

Your use of the app is also covered by Apple’s standard End User License
Agreement, which applies to any app distributed on the App Store.
